my cpu/gpu usage doesn't exceed 12% when playing and i still get no more than 60fps, only time it reaches (barely) a 100 is if i force my cpu to work on 100% + turbo mode (which makes the cpu reach temperatures above 90)
I have a ryzen5 4600H GTX1660Ti 16GB ram, i tried all these settings and still no change, thoughts?
bro check if u locked ur frames at 60 some applications can by mistake lock ur frames
play on a stretched resolution and make sure u did all these.....
Check if your CPU or GPU is throttling due to excessive heat.
also
even if your CPU and GPU usage might not be high, it's important to verify that none of ur hardware components are maxed out. Use monitoring tools to ensure that neither ur CPU, GPU, RAM, nor storage is hitting 100% usage during gameplay.
and make sure ur power settings is not set to power saver
how you can get only 60fps of your pc, mine is worst i5-4690k, gtx1060 6gb,16 ram. and about medium settings(average)and i got 200-300fps (but of course all settings is looked.... i would think you get (low/medium graphics) average least 200fps 🤔
@protoni6996 it turned out to be an extreme undervolting problem, i reduced my power plans power consumption to 99% that somehow made the cpu use no more than 10 watts, I'm testing things out rn but it seems to work somewhat better

will these steps damage my pc parts? my cousin is saying these steps will make your pc to work in full capacity which will make it overheat and damage it.
yea if u keep using ur pc at ultimate performance power plan like i showed u....or some, steps which i showed focuses more on performance...so it could sacrifice the life of ur pc....but i dont think it will be a big problem
bro, the new steam is broken, i cant click the ui steam, view, friends, games, help. But the bottom bar works like store and library. I try reinstalling it, just made my games all deleted. I just want to change settings. I literally couldnt calm myself down.
that steam bat is mainly for players who need more fps in their games.....if u dont care about fps....then just delete the steam.bat folder from steam folder.....and delete the new steam shortcut and use the normal steam.exe....if u really have problems again...then reinstall steam

i dont think u can put everything ...from launch option commands to fps boost commands....in it......
try putting everything...but most probably everything wont fit in....if so......put only the launch options commands in the launch options

but compatibility must be there on almost all pcs unless If you're using an older or very new version of Windows, this could be a reason.
Try running the "Properties" window as an administrator by right-clicking on the file and selecting "Run as administrator."

it might be sm issue with ur pc.....just make sure ur pc does not overheat while playing csgo.....and if it is close ur game and restart it again......close unescessary background apps...

Hello, i did this and also restarted my pc and now everything is lagging. My fps went from 250 to 90, any idea why??
bro idk how ur frames dropped tht much.....try reverting some of the changes....like removing launch options or going back to ur previous power plan.....tht might help
if you are on laptop dont use any power plan other than balanced, it will destroy your battery life and not give as big of a boost as you think, search on youtube for more info
@@triferic9933 i use laptop, but power saving will give very less but more stable frames....so if u want max frames power saving might not be a good option
@@unknownforever4745 yes, power saving isn't good BUT balanced is the way to go, there is a RUclips video talking about this and balanced vs ultimate performance there wasnt such a big difference in rating on the benchmark
@@triferic9933 yea u could experiment with that, in my latest video i talk about how to get no fps drops....so using laptop power savings in csgo will give very less frames but ur game will be stable......so u could try different power options

Hey man i did everything and then when i restarted pc there was no internet connection and mouse and keyboard dont work
if this problem is only with csgo then delete ur new steam shortcut and just use the old steam.exe

@@natliaflex1149 go back to ur old power plan , remove the ultimate performance and try to disable park control tht might work.....but i think this is only ur problem nobody else experienced this issue

@@unknownforever4745 i tried everything : i unistall steam, reinstall cs, still problem, i delete the video config in the 730 folder and then it worked, but when i try to play in fullscreen (and not window screen as it is by default) the game crash and i can't rerun the game, i have this bloody message

and the local files are succesfully verified, no problem detected (it was not the case before i uninstall steam)

fps drops are common in game and theres no fixed solution to it BUT u can watch this video of mine

hey bro how many fps can I get in 2 gb ram
u might not get much frames, but if u follow all my steps and lower ur in game settings u can definitely get upto 60 frames or maybe more....u can lock ur fps at maybe 30 or 40 fps to get stable and smooth gameplay
