New Bark Town's theme fills me with nostalgia like nothing else. One of the first games I ever owned was a battery dead copy of Pokemon Silver, so I heard that music a lot.
The slower-paced HGSS version of this music is like a sweet evening theme for the end of the day when the faster-paced GSC version goes for the morning and the start of a new day... I love New Bark Town 🍃

Town Slogan: Winds of a new beginning.
Adding wind turbines was such a nice touch in the remakes.
Even better: The town New Bark was based off IRL had newly built a wind farm, so that part was cooling and nice.

I start at FIU on Monday and hearing this really takes me back man. Anytime I fell out of love with pokemon Johto was always the games that brought me back. This is such a beautiful remaster that I will listen to many times, tysm for always making such amazing music.

I'm still wondering to this day why the hell do I have both SS and HG and why did they not make another Pokewalker or something like it (No, GO doesn't count)
While I don't consider go a successor to the pokewalker, the pokemon company most likely does, so they haven't tried it again. That's my thought on this at least

I've just started playing Pokemon Crystal and I chose Totodile as my starter and named him Coco.
Update: I just beat Falkner's gym in Violet City and now I'm in the cave on the way to the next town. Also btw I've added Battata the Zubat and Ratatouille the Ratta and an egg to my team
Asking mom all the money we got from pokemon battles, so she wouldn't spend them on useless berries, never felt so peaceful.
