RECIPE
To marinate:
Chicken wings - 7 pieces
Mix it with 2 tbsp ginger garlic powder/paste, 1 tbsp onion powder/paste, 1 tbsp pepper powder, 2 tbsp chilli powder, ½ tbsp salt, and ¼ tbsp oregano (optional). Add ½ tbsp soy sauce, ¼ tbsp tomato sauce, 2 beaten eggs, and ½ to 1 cup of buttermilk. Combine well and set aside for 30 minutes.
For coating:
In a bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup corn flour, ¼ cup rusk powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder, ¼ tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp pepper powder. Coat the marinated chicken wings thoroughly in this mixture.
Deep fry the coated chicken wings in cooking oil until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!"
