Thank you
Thanks to everyone who watched this video 🙏
Could you do a clip of Venessa getting stabbed
You made a mistake i see, in the movie it’s Springbonnie, but you said Springtrap on the title,
@@StarLightStarBright123 I’m sorry
I love how his calm demeanor completely shifts when he realizes that the brother of one of his victims is sitting right in front of him.
My singular issue with Afton in this movie is that he barely has any screentime. Matthew Lillard was _perfect_ for the role.
Wait which victim and who was the brother? I didnt watch the movie yet
@@DetectiveAetherthe character mike here is the brother of one of the victims
@@jacej355 okay so who was the victim
@@DetectiveAether i can't remember his name off the top of my head but he's one of the kids that shows up throughout the movie
@@DetectiveAether Then why are you here? Watch the movie, mate!
Matthew Lillard did a good job as willam afton, even though he had 3 scenes in the movie I thought he did a good job
Yeah i love him as william the ending was amazing too
It saves the entire movie
Omg I hope he has more scenes in FNAF 2 FNAF 3 spring-trap corpse William and puppet balloon boy mangle ect
I agreed with you
Is good to know that Markiplier got to do first couple of lines for the springtrap entrance since he wasn't able to make a cameo
It's so great that Mr Lillard is sooo tall, it made him TOWER over everyone in the suit, I loved him in the movie!
Friend and I were speculating how many more inches the suit added. Think he had to end up being 7ft tall in that thing.
@@sliver-fox-thot-patrol He was 7’6 in the suit, pretty scary
I never imagine Shaggy dressing up as a monster to scare people off an abandoned establishment
You have become the very thing you swore to destroy!
He was Ghostface too.
And he would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren’t for those meddling kids!
Not the first time
I love how he creeps into frame. The way he slowly reveals himself, the beady silver eyes, and then the full reveal when he stands up straight. I got chills.
Springtrap’s design in this movie is perfect. I think it’s the first one that is actually golden. Well yellow but you know what I mean
Well, the decades of wear and tear haven't quite happened yet.
I like how he’s already missing an ear this early in the timeline.
@@DCMarvel2009 well yeah, when afton died in the fnaf3 minigame, it didn't have an ear there either
Anyone notice how only half the suit is damaged while the other half is ok?
It’s like he’s two-face, which fits how he is.
@@erikfrommeyer2606I noticed it too, it’s like a very unintentional foreshadowing of William turning into Springtrap
They absolutely nailed William's character in this film. It was perfect.
2:36 I love his body language here, it shows his character very well.
“The little ones tell me you have a sister. She will love it here! You however, are finished. So long Michael Schmidt.”
2:44 I like the Scream reference
My theater cheered so loud when Springtrap came on screen.
Pause
@@randomuser4524 - I wish there was a pause for theatrical movies. That way we can wait till the cheering stops so we don’t miss out on dialog.
Its springbonnie not springtrap
@@Rayy_p - Potato potahto.
2:45 is a reference to scream
To the people who didn’t think the guy who played shaggy could pull it off, remember that he played ghostface in the first scream movie.
Yeah. I'm pretty sure that the knife wipe at 2:44 was a reference to that. Me personally I would've picked Ethan hawke or maybe even Christian bale to play Afton
Matthew Lillard killed it in this (no pun intended) i really love how you can tell right from the beginning that he is not who he seems and during the spring lock scene you can tell he felt no shame. Only real criticism i have with it is how Afton isnt English like he is in the games but he still kills it.
Tbf it never really made sense for Afton to be British, I mean, why would a Brit come to small town America just to kickstart a robot pizzeria, and most importantly why would he not move back to Britain after committing the murders?
@@yumallah I'm pretty sure he moved to America for his family back when he was a good dad and as for the reason why he wouldn't move back to Britain I have no idea
@@InsaneBoi286 So it's a good idea they made him an American in the movie, makes more sense plot wise
@@yumallah didn't say it wasn't a good idea it definitely made it easier and was better for the plot I'm just saying I liked his accent and voice in the games
To be honest, you can boil William Afton’s character as a genius businessman turned serial killer. That description doesn’t require him to be British, but it does give him a nicely sinister voice in the games.
Matthew Lillard certainly gets the basics of William’s character down, and I can’t wait to see what direction they take Springtrap in.
What sound does a cow make
3:29
The whole room clapped when he said it 3:56
3:29 cow
This actually gave me a good laugh
LOL thats so specific thanks

Like zoinks scoob, im the man behind the slaughter
What are yours favorite scary movie? 👾🔪👻📞 Ghostface purple guy William is the man behind the slaughter.
There's a little cool reference. When Afton had the knife he grabs the blade and slide his hand of it just to clean it, same thing ghostface did. Played by the same actor. Just a cool fact

I absolutely love how realistic looking and epic the animatronic designs are in this movie. Best movie of the year and yes Im bias cuz I loved the Fnaf universe.
the animatronics are real :) search it
Like when he did the Ghostface knife swipe.
2:46 OH SHIT is that Mathew doing the ghost face knife clean as a scream reference!?!?!?
This video was how I relized that William Afton was the man from the beginning of the film. I litterally thought it was just some random dude that was William Afton under the face mask.
He. Is. PERFECT!!!
Stu from Scream and now William Afton… this dude sure knows how to act like a serial killer.
Well, he’s probably caught enough of them to know how they act.
And Shaggy. This guy has literally portrayed an omnipotent supergod. Twice!
I was disappointed that they didn't capture William Afton's brutal death with his screams and twitching of the spring locks
Not even in for 5 mins, nailed it every second
I love how his whole tone changed when he saw Mike was a Schmidt.
2:03 When I was reacting to this movie in the cinema: OOOOOH! IT'S REALLY HIM!!
He kinda sounds like Music Man from UCN and Jim Carrey's Grinch in the Yellow Rabbit suit
Best way to do the spring trap voice
The background music made him feel so much more imposing and intimidating
I love the scream reference when he wipes the blade, only OGs noticed with me
His laugh is so chilling.....
“That’s two things”
😀…
*kills Mike*
The movie version of the springlock failure is the most underwhelming thing I've ever seen
I agree, but atleast it looked very painfull, and atleast we got a springlock failure scene
@@OnlyInMelsele Something’s better than nothing as I always say!
I mean yeah I hoped it would be more gory but this movie is mainly aimed towards children
@@OnlyInMelsele yeah but considering how gorey springtrap looks in the fnaf game I expected it to be more wild, I mean even the animations of the springlock failure created by fans of the game made it more gorey than this, this seemed quite half-assed
@@rehobalint1100 yeah I understand but the game itself isn't supposed to be aimed towards kids, besides we already got a scene of gore when the animatronics killed the thugs that were messing up the place, even a kill that resembles the ite of '87
The sound design of the springlock suit is like something out of Titanfall.
While seeing the movie at the theater I kept hearing "are you challenging me Mike?" In my head
2:36 on an unrelated note, Michasl shouldve DIED from that cake.
Where the f*ck did William Afton come from 💀 he legit just teleported
Bro came in like a dark souls invader
Umm There’s a door
I don’t like the fact that he talks. Like I feel like he’s legitimately scary when he just quietly moves. And the spring lock scene should have been extremely violent. Unfortunately had to be rated pg 13. Also the “I always come back” should have been in the aftercredits or something
The twitching and gestures I feel were perfect
3:58 anyone noticed how he wore the mask a little bit to the side?
I wonder if SpringTrap will show up in another movie but as an animatronic with a corpse inside of him like the other 4 children robots. Because in the actual game that’s exactly what Springtrap became after the guy put his suit on and the spring locks activated
The thing I love about William stabbing Vanessa is for a split moment you can see some of his humanity and regret to his action
"Are you Challenging Me?!"
I wish he had a scene between the nights, so the character would be more developed
How did i not know it was him this whole time in the first part of the movie 😭
The fact that William afton only had five minutes of screen time is disrespectful.
the cinema went wild when william said it
i wonder if he gave him the job after hearing his name so that head hopefully die and not find out who he is
I love how the first scene is like “YO LOOK AT HIS NAMEPLATE BECAUSE THATS HIS TOTALLY REAL NAME (OR IS IT?)”
disclaimer: I’m not a hater, I love this movie, I just love making fun of things I like
I wished he had more scenes but i still loved the movie
I see you wearing the spring lock suit 3:41
You know he's the evil dude when you notice his glasses
2:01 this reminds me of the spot theme from spider man across the spider verse
Wait holy shi-
Damn you Shaggy!!!
Fun fact I met mat and he is tall
Zoinks!
2:46 He is a Scream movie Fan!?!?
2:00 best part
I’m so mad he only had like 10 minutes in the movie
2:44 Stu Macher/Ghostface reference
1:59
2:00 😱
2:10 to 2:15 right before William is hit with the stun gun it sounds like he's says Michael. Does anyone else hear it
To be honest matthew makes a better guy on the phone
so that phone call implie that william afton was the phony guy all this time hum?
3:40
So springs crushes entire body but there was no blood?
Its for the pg 13 rating if it was pg 18 then it would be a LOT more blood but most of the fans are younger so pg 13 it is
Springlocks would push the blood back inside so its realistic
There wouldn't be barely any blood since the springlocks are plugging the wound, that's why in emergency situations if someone is stabbed or has something lodged in them you're not supposed to remove it or they'll bleed out so this is perfectly realistic
2:00
The fact that he was like a foot taller than Mike made everything worse
Can’t wait for this to ALSO be taken down by NBC XD
So in this version he is not his father ?
3:42 first you died because Sidney dropped the TV on your head, now you die because the springs in your suit broke, I don't know which death was worse
🤓☝️...um actually...is springbonnie....... But who cares
I mean you could've included the whole fight of spring trap and Mike

2:45 Classic Ghostface knife wipe by the oh Ghostface
Honestly this movie was a huge flop for me. They aimed the movie for kids _too_ much.
They made springtrap lose so much potential, and they made the animatronics kill kids for some reason? It was all just kind of angering.
Like zoinks scoob I'm like the freakin springtrap
And you would have gotten away with it if wasn't for those meddling kids
Saw someone point out that the light that shines on him first as spring bonnie is the color purple. Really quick but cool detail.
