It is almost impossible that you get killed by a hitman if you are not a competing drug dealer. And also, those crimes happen in areas very far away from where you were. The government now sent federal forces to those areas so ironically those might be now some of the safest areas in Argentina at the moment, as long as they stay there monitoring the situation.

Rosario es asi, ni tan peligrosa ni tan tranquila, si no estas en nada raro es poco probable que te ataquen sicarios, el robo es bastante y a veces violentos pero como en la mayor parte de argentina, es una cuidad hermosa con muchos lugares bellísimos y muchos bares cerveceros y muy buena gastronomía, por la noche mucha actividad.
