how do you do this if you only have one drawing not 3? cause it's a 3D drawing from autocad and it comes up as 2D in solidworks, so how do I change it into 3D again
hey I have the same problem here. I tried to make a building into a solid, wich didnt worked out. i had 10 different layers that should make up a assambly, it didnt. have you found a way to solidify large buildings for example from a dwg file? thanks!!
Hi, the drawings which imported to SolidWorks have not rigth dimensions. The dimensions are bigger than the actual one. I can not change the size of the sketch, just can change the number. How can i set the dimensions same with actual one.
I did this and when I tried to exit the sketch I got a warning saying "the sketch has not been updated because solving it would result in invalid geometry", do you know how to fix that?
