    These anemometers just can't handle the air speeds found in a flow bench. I tried to build one a few years ago and the wheel fell off after about an hour of use. There was no repeat-ability and I couldn't get a handle on the accuracy. The highest air speed anemometer I can find is about 130 fps, about a third of what is needed.

    where is the next video? I have always wondered why more people have not used a simple Anemometer like this

    Whats the dimension on you calibration plate ? and how mutch does it flow ?
