I can't wait to see this. I've always thought our downtown was ripe for this type of development; so happy it is being done by people with a concern for the overall environment of life. Imagine the amazement of the mom/pop grocery owners of a century ago, seeing the luxury now afforded those wishing to have live/work space!!!
Our downtown, with its beautiful, historic confluence of rivers, has long seemed an afterthought; with development like this, it will shine with pride!
