In my experience....I have a 12GB VRAM GPU...and "sometimes" it has an error that's showing "Insufficient VRAM"....one of the workaround I did in order NOT to have that issue. I disable the hardware acceleration options to all of my browser. Because there are times that Chrome and Firefox are using your GPU when it comes to watching some RUclips videos or any streaming services...especially when u are watching 4k videos in the PC that you are using. That helped remove my insufficient error message. I disable all hardware acceleration in my browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox). Since Salad is not using your CPU....the browser will fully utilize your CPU and not your GPU.
3090 only slightly more expensive than 4060ti 16gb here. Be interesting to see if the 4060 ramps up to 4 dollars I would hope so!

I have 2 3060 12gb, 64 ram with Internet sharing turned on and it's always calculating, and recently I haven't gotten many jobs
Seems to be a waiting game, my 3090 took 2 days before I got a job. Now it says calculating on that card, even though it is on a job and making money. With my 4090 getting jobs instantly, I just think they have a lot of bugs to work out with there stuff.
Yeah I am going to stop till it gets polished out.

Got a job 5dollar and after 30min disappeared
My 3090 PC with 32gb ram dedicated to salad only keeps freezing when salad gets a job. I've reinstalled windows and replaced the ram twice. Nothing is working.
I also have a 3090 64gb ram Ryzen 9 5900x and after a while finally got a job 5dollars and after 30min job disappeared and back to calculating 😂 its a joke
I was having a freezing issue and come to find out I had a bad ram stick so I have switched to all Samsung ecc for my Xeon boards and now it’s been smooth
I have the same problem. Salad team acknowledged there is a bug. Brandon I have brand new ram 64gb ..2x 32 sticks...both testing fine. I am going to delete this account and create a new one to see if that helps.

@@gamingzonealb4010 I have a similar issue with my 3090 and 5950x, finally get a $5-6 job and it lasts for maybe an hour or two then drops off. My 7 day bar graph has never been anything as consistent as what brandoncoin is showing, no errors popping up or anything, I don't get it! I've swapped different rams in and out and keep getting same result.

4060ti 8gb struggles as well. Up to date recommended driver but salad still prefers the three 3060ti’s. Went from all but 4060ti having jobs to only half of the rigs since 36 hours ago some drunk ran into a transformer outside the house.
3060ti is a cheaper 8gb card to rent
I uninstalled it. Noticed the app still running when I had it completely closed down. Only profits are going to youtubers covering it is my guess
When you close the tray application you have to restart the pc to make sure the vm is closed

Min 3060 is doing 0.19 cent -0.22 cent - long time sins it got a real job
How do you know how much each rig makes individually ?
The 4060 ti 16gb can make over $4 a day maybe you can get lucky with a better container 👍
Brandon - quick question. I have a i7-13700K with a 4080 Super and 64GB of RAM. It always shows "calculating" but sometimes the fans ramp up, VMEM loads up from 2-12GB and I see the profits in the dashboard increase but it never changes from "calculating". Is that normal? Should I be doing something different?

I think Salad have a new update now. Version 1.5.9... since your rigs are not doing anything....try to update it....and then restart your PC after the update so that that VmmemWSL would restart. Thanks
My 3090 rigs also dont get jobs. None!... tried everything.... 3days ago created a new email profile and boom i get jobs (for 1 day) now again none so problem is not rigs)
On the other hand my isp resets my internet every night about 2am then my internet is down for like 30 sec. I wonder if that puts me at the back of the line again??? I do not know

and now, 2 hours later, it's 2-10% use and still the high 3$ day estamate, finally, first day on the "job" no 'container' network yet, on the pc.

They have to download the jobs if your not unlimited don’t run it
