That was a great workout! Thank you so much!! Great with clear water breaks. I took my water at the same time and it felt very well placed. The only thing I could wish for is a clear signal at the end of 60 seconds exercise. It is really easy to miss, when one performs push-ups and can't see the screen.

Thank you for all your effective and sweaty workouts. This one is goo, as usual, but it ios definitely not low impact as you as have jumps in it. I´m insured at the moment, that´s why I looked for a low impact workout. So I had to modify a lot.
