What's YOUR Thoughts' on Mrs Flood?

I have a theory. There is absolutely no evidence for this, but what if Mrs. Flood is one of the Doctor's parents? Either, his real parents from the alternate universe, a regeneration of Tectaun, or the Doctor's second adopted mother from his post fugitive days.
And as a segue, The Timeless Child has a problem nobody talks about. People say it's a retcon. It's not. They say it breaks regeneration and/or the Doctor's childhood. It doesn't. The real problem lies in Rise of The Cybermen. In that episode, the Doctor was only able to use himself to power the Tardis because he was from the Tardis's universe. Ergo, the Doctor must be from the base universe.
I hadn't really thought too hard about this until you mentioned all the pieces, but yeah, Rassilon was exiled from Gallifrey, which means that he wouldn't have been there for The Master's cyber conversion of them all. I like the idea of The Narrator being his Time Lord "nickname"/"title", too. He really did kind of do that for the Tennant specials.
Rassilon has better things to do then be a nosy neighbour

I like your idea here. The fan theory that feels the strongest to me though is that she is the goddess of time from expanded lore. Davies has been pulling from expanded lore with characters like the meep so it looks like a brewing pattern. All that said he relishes in misdirection and deception in order to keep us guessing so all bets are really off.
Like any of them know what they are doing. RTD is a hack. Not that I watched any of the recent episodes but all bets are firmly on "head up his own arse".
Unless you can see a correlation between his earlier work and the last sh*t show.
No. I didn't think so either. Not that I've seen any of the recent episodes. I know enough to know they are losing viewers hand over fist, no one likes the latest episodes (or any of the specials) and they are more than likely to be cancelled before anyone (including RTD) knows anything about Mrs Flood. And in fairness, she was a sh*t character also.
Oh! Here comes another 4th wall break.

I think that Mrs Flood is something else entirely. Maybe she is the TARDIS given "human" form... She is wearing former companions' clothes throughout the series, and the suitcase she's holding when she departs has stickers from places the TARDIS has visited. I don't think Rassilon has that much knowledge of the Doctor.

RTD has already said we may never learn anything about Mrs. Flood. So the answer is "nobody." She is nobody.
He didn't say we wouldn't find out who she was, only that he may never reveal why she can break the 4th wall even though he does have an answer for it.
And this is the curse of RTD2... he thinks deciding to withhold information is the same as being mysterious and it sullied the last season for me /:

@@TardisTalks In one respect I agree... It is kind of unfortunate that such a popular actress has played her, which has made fans theorise even more... So now we want an answer! I think back to Buffy and the "Once More With Feeling" - The explanation is weak, but its enough!
And really that's all it needs to be... Fans will never be happy as they have already created their own theory and they will always prefer it!

It's the overwhelming question, of who Mrs Flood may be known as in the Whoinverse as regards her real identities fit into context say in canon or in time and space realities timelines. Her name is Mrs Flood which we have seen so far. It is possible something perhaps an interesting place in time she could be from say a future story somewhere where she met a Doctor this specific event will probably happen a good few decades hence. So when will there be one thing that separates her from the older Mrs Flood in the distant future time scale Mrs Flood's age? If she's a time lord she'll regenerate or has, but if she travelled back in time from the future a little question arises why doesn't the Doctor see this he would notice this if she was a fellow Gallifrian or if she were someone from a different timeline.
Of course, there are potential members of another race of time travel Guardians who sometimes avoid the Time Lords or move along space a different way, and it's probably them or one of them either a White Guardian or Dark Guardian or possibly the same. Mrs Flood could be an intriguing conundrum of puzzling figures. But she's not going to spoil the timelines or send The Doctor on a mysterious mission to find a mysterious object or break the 4th wall and tell us a thing till it snows. Winter White a Guardian hides in plain sight. Pantheons can dome in 4s like the four horsemen of the Apocalypse.

What i am super condesed is say is that RASSILON once was the Doctor in the Whonivere BEFORE the classic WHoniverse and that He/she created the "Classic WHoniverse and thus virgin parented the TImeless child there.....
We have seen TImelords be able to Virgin birth a person (with Ncuti) that possibly is the Timeless child fo rthe new WHoniverse alongside Jenny or as I suspect "Pandora" dying in 33AD (in southwestern England instead of Judea as in the classic Whoniverse..... dying with a crown of thorns on her head just like River Song died with a Crown of thorns on her head.,... completeing a timemachine....RIVERS (the new WHoniverse timemachine.........................Pandora (the new WHoniverse TImeless child will complete a VOID SHIP instead of a timemachine when dying...= the Pandorica and how it ended up within the classic WHoniverse.... without being able to timetravel....

Since RTD competly ignored (or retckoned if you will) Sutekh's storyarc from Titan Comics, I don't think Rassilon's storyarc should be considered canon either.

@@TardisTalks That's the thing with doctor who: you never get a "previously on Dr Who". It's just expected that you were born in 1945 and watched the show till now with total recollection. Me, I remember "Robot" but only because the Doctor was different from the one before (Pertwee, i.e., mr Splink. Bonus points if you remember that!).

It is common practice within film and TV to not tell the actor what the plot line is as it's saves any potential leaks, season 2 has been filmed and Anita Dobson will now know who Mrs Flood is if it has been revealed in Season 2
