I have a 96’ Road King and I also have a slight leak on the primary side. I’m about to do this same repair. Good call with the chain tensioner. I’m gonna look into that as well.
I like the fact that you are willing to take a chance and do it yourself, that's great...the chain looked a bit loose to me, I run a Haden auto adjuster on mine and it's great...just a thought if you ever go back in
The most common mistake is running primary chain too tight ! You should check tension 3 different places at least and find the tightest spot .Take your measurement for adjustment at the tight spot . I ve never seen an HD without some form of tight spot . You would not believe how many shops do not do that ,or even know to do that . When you see big wear marks in the nylon tensioner pad guess what caused that ?
Not sure why you're jumping all over the place. I understand there are multiple screws, but man with the jiggling of the camera and the music I could handle it.

The jerking of the camera was annoying.

Good stuff, thank you. Coincidentally, I am from the Poconos. What was the torque setting you used for the primary case?
Did you fix it? Over torqued drain plug cracks cover new gasket won’t fix it,
I didn't over torque anything, she is fixed no more leak
Footage isn't showing gasket replacement 😊
