Thanks man I still can’t kill him even with the 3 wolf summonings he’s really strong and if he’s the second boss (considering tutorial boss) I can only imagine how the others are going to be 😭😭😭
Man it took almost 40 tries to kill him,i literally started circling around the boss with the torrent and keep on melee attacking him,i finally figured out how to beat him,This is my fist Souls game
Personally I lured the Tree sentinel to the Church of Elleh, and used Torrent to climb the highest wall so he can't hit me, then shoot fire ball until he dies. (that do more damage than an arrow). xD
I waited for him to walk away shoot then when he respawns he stands for a few seconds looking at me but enuff to get a shot before he attacks again 😊😊😊
it shouldn’t be patched, i mentioned if you’re not close enough to the edge he’ll reset back to his spawn. make sure you’re close enough to the edge and you’re consistently dealing damage to him
You can still beat him like that. As for me, I used ranged magic to hit him first. I'd stop attacking right after I used up all my magic and I moved away from the edge, so he'd give up, and so he'd walk away or reset faster. He'll think you disappeared, but make sure to stay on the left side and not the right, because if you camp on the right, he can actually jump up and get you. Once, I got half his health down with my magic. I spawned my horse, and every time he reset, I would sneak behind him and get him with my sword. That's how I defeated him. It was like a loop. Constantly jumping on the building once he realized I hit him, not engaging when he was below me, waiting for him to reset, and getting him from behind while on my horse.
This worked, thank you! Hooray for cheese!
After 2 days at base level samurai i finally defeated the tree sentinel. I now have a disdain for trees and sentinels

I’m stuck on the first story boss right now, trust me it get harder 😅 I can’t find any way to cheese it either

Nice job bro, I’d definitely recommend you go back and play the other ones once you finish Elden Ring. They’re some amazing games.
really strong? 3 hours and 1 level done)
You saved my sanity sir. Thank you!
haha love this but it got real scary when he almost shot back every spell
Gonna try this tonight

also you can do the same thing with the reduvia dagger and its prob faster

@@Tizona took me a few trys lol. Was totally hoping a trophy would pop after.
Takes too many arrows and it's patches so he stars blocking

Yes, magic and arrows both work for this strat :)
Video title is false. I didn't find any cheese following this guide.

@@Tizona He can hit you on the edge now
he always could, you still have to look out for certain attacks
