Love it! Only a hundrer bucks? It ought to pay for itself within a week!!!

The common element I see is the ability to have electronics that aid repeatability and accuracy …to the negative comments yes they are pricey…years ago never thought could afford a commercial CNC, now I have a shopsabre…all depends on your goals and what type of “business you are trying to develop”. If just a hobbyist great, the contractor saw and hand held jig saw, cool; but try and enjoy the dream tools too. It takes innovation to grow efficiency and be repetitive on the detail work. I enjoy the hand and simple tool work too, but it is good to see what is the next level to go for. Wish had made it to the show…argh. Thank you for these videos!
I can’t believe what I just saw. That Harvey bandsaw is unbelievable! And that Shark CNC - Geez! Very cool gear, but I don’t do enough projects to warrant these Rolls Royce’s. Oh yeah and the dust collection system. Far cry from my Ridgid shop vac and 20 inch box fan. Very entertaining video. I guess maybe in the next life…😊
I would love to see you do a video of different types of top corded power tools tools for those of us who can't necessarily afford a bunch of cordless. There aren't a lot of people that I trust their opinion like I do yours when it comes to different tools and their quality.
Did Harvey just smash apart the bandsaw industry? If all of that works, and if it isn't a nightmare of cost to repair, that could be a game changer that forces other companies to up their game. It may not be the 20in workhorse for industrial shops, but for the high end custom maker shop, that looks incredible.
I wish they had put those guide bearings on the Harvey bandsaw I bought just 4 years ago. The upper ones aren’t too bad, but the lower ones are a pain to get to and have only 1 lock bolt for both bearings. Really fun trying to keep both in place when tightening the bolt. I don’t have the biggest hands and it’s still tight getting in there. And I need new bearings for the ones for the back of the blade. I can’t find anything on their website or anywhere else to order them. I like the saw, but I’m not in love with it.
I’m getting ready to start cabinets in my new garage, as soon as I recondition old table saw, and have a drawer question. Many RUclipsrs use side mount and others use under mount drawer slides. Could you explain in a video when to use which and why.
I just bought a Harvey Ambassador Bandsaw less than a month ago. I'm still setting it up, and am waiting on my electrician to hook up a dedicated 230 line for it, so I can't even turn it on yet, but as soon as I saw that Big EYE fence, I instantly knew that I need one. Did they tell you when that fence will be available???

When you do you will be amazed. I have the 110S-36P and it is hands down the best saw I have ever used. I grew up woodworking and everything about that saw is well thought out and easy to use. I could not afford it when I bought it but luckily was able to break it up into 4 pmts. I think that is the only tool I have ever financed and cannot say enough good things about it. It is amazing when I have to re-make a part that I am able to get it to cut the exact dimensions without 15 minutes of trial and error sneaking up on it cuts. I do not work for Harvey and am just a hobbyist so no skin in the game for me but, I am really impressed with Harvey both before and after the sale. As a side note my wife was cleaning up my shop and accidentally cracked the plexiglass on the blade guard. I could not find the part on their site so had to call in to replace it. They not only shipped me the replacement part for free but paid the shipping as well. I was in shock as I figured it was going to cost about $70 to replace it and did not have to pay a dime. I had owned it for more than a year at that point and told them it was 100% my fault it was broke. Very impressed with the customer service team at Harvey.
Tablesaws don’t need plastic battery powered gadgets. Woodworking can easily turn into a hostile environment. Any plastic will break. All a table saw needs is a on off switch.
