Heeng-1/4th tsp
Methidana-11/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
Black pepper -1/4th tsp
Green cardamon-2
Black Cardamom-2
Grated Ginger -1 tbspn
Bayleaf-1-2
Whole Red chillies-2
Green chillies-2
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red chilly powder-11/2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Haldi-1/4th tsp
Jaggery -3-4 tbspn or as needed
Black salt -3/4th tsp
Dry Mango powder-1 tsp
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Chopped Cilantro
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
