- this is a remake of my song crystal spray c: it was the first 'electronic bg music' song i did, and it means a lot to me ;w;

when i wrote this song back in 2016, i wrote it to be about my connection to my oc (crystal), and how being a furry artist is one of the reasons im still alive and enjoy life. the song is basically about spraying away the problems in life, my identity as a furry artist, as 'kittydog'. it really did change my life and became a big part of who i am every day and who i strive to be.
over the course of these past 4 years, ive changed a lot as a person, mostly for the better, but my core of wanting to make art and music for the sake of doing it and being happy hasnt changed. lately ive been getting sad and comparing myself to others, thinking im 'worse' or whatever that i 'dont deserve this kind of attention,' but i made this to try and focus more on my roots of why i became an artist in the first place, ive always wanted to live for being an artist my whole life, and im happy i can do that :)

Shit man, this has me all emotional heh. The best thing about drawing is that you can create whatever you want, and it really hits me because Crystal means so much to you, making art is something you can’t seem to live without. Not to get all mushy but without you sharing your art I would have never created that little world in my head. That little world that saved me from the darkest times. I look up to you knowing that you are far from perfect but your art inspires me, and I understand that feeling of needing that character, needing that world to exist.
I’m getting ahead of myself, but I guess my point is, please never stop creating. Even the stupid stuff that’s lazy, or something you spent days or weeks on.
