Thank you sew much for sharing Shay Sharee!! This was a great (and quick) overview. I often buy my labels for Sewing at Etsy, but I am now wanting to learn how to do it on my own instead of spending 🤑lol. This was great! I love your shirt too!!!🖤
I am glad your video came across my home feed. From one sewist to another sewist I am now subscribed to your channel.

You need to mirror the bottom name in the file so the one name is not upside down when folded over.

I put the labels on the side of my pouch, and I didn't mind my name facing the other way. 🙃

I made my own labels as well some years ago, but trying from scrap, I only draw/design one to check the size, printed it on a simple piece of A4 paper, just to save some of my printer ink ;) when satisfied by label, design, color, size, only then I multiplied them saved in Pdf and printed.

Yes to saving printer ink, the refills are pricey!

Nice work… but girl you will ruin your cutting mat ironing directly on it. That bubbling on the mat happens when the mat gets heated. I have used even a piece of box cardboard as an insulator and it was enough to keep heat off the mat.

Thanks! Yes, I learned that after doing this video lol. I went back to using my ironing board. I may try the cardboard trick though, thanks for the tip!

Yes I messed up a small part of mine by ironing on it. Had I only known before....

😅😅LOL. RIGHT. My thoughts exactly. I literally cringed my soul went dark as I watched her iron on the mat. I couldn’t believe it. My heart literally skipped two beats. No lie lol😩🤣
