The fact the team and him couldn't come to an agreement worries me.. there's no way they didn't offer a better deal than Hill.. so it makes me wonder how much he's asking for.. if he's asking for 40 mil a year or something crazy, unfortunately you have to trade him.. sure he'll be the face of the franchise.. but you won't win a superbowl paying one player that much
