David Letterman CBS Affiliates Meeting Feb 1993

Here's an interesting tape that I just ran across in my collection, it's David Letterman appearing at the CBS Affiliates Meeting in Washington DC from February 1993. The audience is CBS station General Managers and they all received a special baseball hat with a Dave on CBS logo, he remarks on the hats at the beginning of his talk and you can almost see one in the second questioner's hand. He is introduced by Tony Malara head of CBS affiliate relations.

I wonder if WBAL-TV 11 and WUSA-TV 9 from Baltimore and Washington D.C. were there? They were both CBS Affiliates at the time but in Baltimore, WNUV-TV 54 which was an independent station at the time showed Late Show in Baltimore.

Yes. But by 1995, 11 would go back to being NBC in Baltimore (while CBS would go to WJZ there).
