This was so therapeutic to watch and your voice is so calming...my situation is so all over the place. He left me last year in September while pregnant and I ended up losing the baby. After a couple months he apologized and I felt he was sincere so I took him back and we were doing great until a couple days ago when he dumped me by text (laughs at self thinking how many times does this asshole need to destroy me) but here I am looking to rise from the ashes yet again...he won’t get another chance to break me. He initiated the break up a week ago, I was devastated because he stated that we are incompatible. We were together for 4 and half years. Im sure he thought about breaking up before the actual breakup, I just didn’t since when he started thinking about it. I was fully committed because I thought he’s the one and I know he wanted to propose soon. It hurts so much knowing he decided to stop committing and give up on us. We both have been fighting constantly for a week before the breakup and then, after the breakup , there are times I blamed myself for putting him under tons of pressure. I did not talk to him at all after the breakup but I was well aware that he did not really want to maintain any sort of contact with me (ig, Facebook, etc). This is so crushing.

I’ve had an online relationship.. I know it doesn’t sound serious.. we never actually met or anything.. people don’t think it’s real love. But I feel it, I know it is.. My ex broke up with me 2 weeks ago but we had plan on meeting up in NYC (if we were still together) supposedly 1 week after our break up. I went there by myself, seriously sad and was thinking the whole time how it would be nice to be in NYC but not heartbroken. Seriously, the best trip of my life!! Instead of all this pretense why can’t we just be real and feel our emotions. Why pretend we are okay when we are not?! So to add to the situation we were together 6 months the first 4 months to 5 were great he would slip and say things that included me in the future but now says theres no long term living together he thinks. But then also told me to tell him if hes making a big mistake which i cant do that only he would know how much he care and likes me but not enough to hug and kiss and hold hands lately. He initiated the break up a week ago, I was devastated because he stated that we are incompatible. We were together for 4 and half years. Im sure he thought about breaking up before the actual breakup, I just didn’t since when he started thinking about it. I was fully committed because I thought he’s the one and I know he wanted to propose soon. It hurts so much knowing he decided to stop committing and give up on us. We both have been fighting constantly for a week before the breakup and then, after the breakup , there are times I blamed myself for putting him under tons of pressure. I’ve had an online relationship.. I know it doesn’t sound serious.. we never actually met or anything.. people don’t think it’s real love. But I feel it, I know it is.. Instead of all this pretense why can’t we just be real and feel our emotions. Why pretend we are okay when we are not?! It’s okay to be sad , vulnerable and express to other person how much they meant to us but that you accept their decision rather than pretending like it’s nothing and you are okay and moved on. I just don’t understand why people can’t be real and raw. It’s not up to you to control others reactions but your feelings have nothing to do with how they react. So to add to the situation we were together 6 months the first 4 months to 5 were great he would slip and say things that included me in the future but now says theres no long term living together he thinks. But then also told me to tell him if hes making a big mistake which i cant do that only he would know how much he care and likes me but not enough to hug and kiss and hold hands lately. We just sat on a couch and he had his arms so closed and when i ask about it he says he notices no difference from before.
