Had crucia rebuild in 2011 at 31 from silly grind on a BMX after the crazy stuff I've done on skateboard,dirt bike an BMX it was not funny at the time but now hey ho 😜🤣🥰 Feel you billy but keep positive an enjoy your time chilling haha 😂 Hope wedding is all you ever dreamt of🥳 so much love to you an Roxy the hot one 😆an the future is what you make it in family an riding so i know youve got more to give in the not so distant future🥰😜concratz🤠😎

Bill I'm 6 months post a catastrophic tibial plateau fracture. Smashed it to pieces. Still don't really know if I have an ACL as I've not had an MRI yet, but it'll be what it'll be. I'm still not at full extension but it's getting there day by day. I feel your pain fella. 👊🏻🤘🏻
Forget about the vlogs for now and just concentrate on your recovery, to be honest the hard part hasn't started yet, physical therapy can be a bit difficult but it really pays off in the end, when I broke my leg it was 4 months to full recovery, in physical therapy I was doing exercises like picking up marbles with my foot and at first it was a struggle but eventually I got enough flexibility and range of motion where I could pick several at a time up and today even with a Titanium rod in my leg I can't even tell I ever broke my leg, your young and healthy and I'm sure you will have a quick recovery and congrats on your championship and your marriage, your having a very busy year enjoy every second of it, even the difficult moments will lead to something good in life,

Get on turmeric . Works wonders on knees. Especially wen the arthritis kicks in . Iv had over 10 ops on both knees. Turmeric and leat x frame braces keep me riding . Do as your told dont push it too early . Good luck bill . Yes yes

Bet Roxy loved the timing of the surgery lol Acl recovery was hardest injury to recover from especially when covid hit and everything stopped.. my exercises /physio was RUclips

I did it 3 years ago at age 47. keep up on the pt.... if your not on TRT it helps heal too! I was back on the bike in 11 weeks :)

Hang in there serious pain had mine done in November after 9 years with torn acl and both meniscus. 5 months and I'd say at 70%

I just had my ACL reconstruction and miniscus repair 2 weeks ago. Post surgery is not the greatest experience, 2 out of 5 stars haha.
