If you couldn’t bag your tickets , or camp edc , might be worth it. The shuttle not included or any faster is a real pain point. If you can’t camp this is a great option , but I’m team camp EDC all day.
I feel this offer is mainly for the wealthy. Definitely not geared to the average person. I am with you that it does not include premiere shuttle passes. I also feel there should have been a 5 night and 3 night package option. There's no way I'm doing this, though. My crew is broke enough as it is with rising costs of airfare. For now, that's our ultimate obstacle
Yeah I see wealthier people and influencers attending this next year. Not the regular population unfortunately. But also, that could be their intention? 🤷🏽♀️
Heyyyyy glad to see you on my youtube again! I met you at EDCO during the lunchbox meetup. I was the blonde haired guy who wanted to take a picture with you but got my phone stolen lol
Emma, a few other things to note is checking in Friday is gonna be madness for all those people rushing to get checked in then getting rdy before the shuttles that night. Another thing is checking out late even 1PM Monday is a mistake lol we always stay at least until Tuesday on the strip since we get back around 7am Monday. I feel like they’re trying to take advantage of FOMO with this package and how can someone use the night club or day clubs if you’re at edc all day/night. 🧐 also a shame shuttles aren’t included.
Eeeek, I was waiting for you to make a video on this! I love the concept but definitely not the price tag. It's crazy to think two people would be paying over 3k for this when a group of four could split a MoonGlow tent for $1600. It also leaves a bad taste in my mouth that tickets "sold out" so quickly due to this. It feels like they held them back to essentially force people to buy the hotel package, because if you don't have a ticket this is the only way to get them now. Idk. I'm not impressed, but I do want to see genuine reviews from people who end up going this route for 2023! ❤️
After going to EDC Orlando for the first time, (originally from South Dakota but moved to FL a year ago) I will just stick with going to that. One day of EDC Orlando was PLENTY enough for me. Fridays lineup had most of who I wanted to see and I was satisfied. I drive 320 miles total round trip. Found a hostel that is $52 a night for one night, then drive back. Gas was like $40 maybe for my Toyota Yaris.
Yeah EDC O 2022 was my first and I live in Orlando. I barely spent money since I ate before coming to the festival and skipped alcohol and party favors. I want to do Vegas but not like this
I spent less on Ember Shores and it was in another country 😬 we got there 2 days early and stayed at an Airbnb because it was MUCH less per night than extending at the resort.
I feel like they decided to do this as a response to those who want to stay in the EDC bubble but don't want to go through Camp. The price is extremely hard to justify as I feel like the perks aren't currently worth it. Had the package come with its own shuttles and larger food credit, then it would be a better value for headliners. I also cant stress enough to newcomers to avoid the day/pool parties and EDC Week events as you will need all the energy you can for the festival itself. Skip this years HotelEDC and see how it goes. Hopefully next year they figure things out and becomes a better value/experience for headliners.
This price point is highway robbery: especially considering the fact that Resorts World usually has affordable rates relative to most of the resorts around it (Wynn/Encore, Venetian/Palazzo, Fontainebleau). I really enjoy Resorts World and think it's one of the best resorts on the Strip between having one of the three best restaurant portfolios, one of the five best lounge portfolios, one of the better dayclubs and affordable rooms often for its Hilton and Conrad towers (Crockfords is another story)................but I would just stay there Sunday-Friday most any other time of the year for one-third or even one-fourth of the price of this. When it comes to resorts in close proximity to the other EDC shuttle stops: the STRAT, Sahara and Virgin are all great choices, and the Rio is in the midst of a massive resort-wide renovation by its new owner/operator Dreamscape since taking over from Caesars Entertainment in October of last year and will also be fantastic and good as new in no time. You could book a room Thursday-Monday at STRAT or Sahara especially for a fraction of the Hotel EDC pricetag and also still have a well-rounded resort experience.
Resorts World is nice but this isn’t a good location in my opinion. I live here in Las Vegas. Zouk is small as heck, so after 2am for capacity is not good. You’re probably not going in there lol. That’s a hefty price for this package. It’s not worth it in my opinion but this is a great idea! I look forward to this opening up more opportunities like this!
The property is very nice, have stayed there. Might mention the restaurants and faster food options on property are quite overpriced IMO. Add in airfare, food, shuttle passes, merchandise, gambling (lol), and for 2 people $6,000+. It’s just a lot. I know different completely and have been to both, but EDCO is around 1/2 price overall. Thanks for video.
My first ever hotel takeover was slumberland… and after just doing that and seeing this??? I was like wow that’s so not worth it AT ALL lmao that’s just my opinion tho… but I feel like it does open the doors for more hotels in the future to start offering packages and stuff so maybe it will be a new thing…. Idk i won’t be staying tho edcLV is expensive as it is
2023 will be my 10th EDCLV, my opinion on this hotel takeover, I agree it's an awesome idea and I hope they expand with more hotels in the future, but the price per person is way too expensive. Why would 2 people pay the same price staying at the hotel? The hotel price should be once in a group and just the add on and other activities should be be per person. 2 people shouldn't be paying $1.4k each. But Hopefully insomniac sees the errors they're doing for this coming year and adjust for the future. And I knew you was going to do a video on this. Awesome content keep it up 👊🏽🔥🔥🔥👍🏽
What do you guys think - are you into this idea, or not for you?

Love the idea but very pricey. Rather get VIP tickets and stay on Freemont 😊
I’m considering edc hotel next year

Yeah it’s definitely a very elevated option. I don’t foresee a lot of people in their early 20s being able to do this 😨
nah the wealthy would stay at the Cosmo or Aria and just take a helicopter to edc.
Even for the wealthy this doesn’t seem worth it at all
Yeah I see wealthier people and influencers attending this next year. Not the regular population unfortunately. But also, that could be their intention? 🤷🏽♀️

hope you got everything sorted out!

Great point! I would personally add on Thursday to avoid craziness, but totally with you on Monday check out. I've always left on Tuesday!

@@SexyButCurious Vegas gets so expensive now. I was there in 2017. Now Tiesto NYE Party is $300 LOL and $500 VIP lol
I spent less on Ember Shores and it was in another country 😬 we got there 2 days early and stayed at an Airbnb because it was MUCH less per night than extending at the resort.
I feel like it’s better to just stay in a hotel you can pick yourself and pick your own events that you wanna go to.

Super excited then saw the price and was ooohhhhh noooo lol.
Where'd you get your shirt?
Wasted Heroes!

Raving is expensive now a days 😕
it is - festivals especially 😩

Did you ever go the the EDC that was thrown In LA?? It was better than Vegas and it wasn’t super expensive like it is in Vegas.
Not for me, I really liked the camping experience for my first time from this year.
The price is intended to keep the basketball Americans / aspiring rappers out
