But the pages you have done by yourself are so so cute!! I’ve actually gotten my mom coloring and she wants to try it when she comes to visit next time I’m so excited lol! Woohoo jade summers books are amazing I love them so much I'm using my spectrum noir classique markers and they are so pretty if you liked that paint by numbers one have a look at the rest of her collection.
@@DaniButtons there is a list of her books in the back of most of them and I score of each one that I buy I am going to challenge myself next year to do a page a day from her books for 365 days
I thought we were going to be such great friends. Then you said you hate butterflies :( My husband went to Ollie's for the first time yesterday and found a coloring book he is willing to do a split color in, so that was exciting. I've been trying to get him to color with me for years and he has a few times (usually when I'm in a hospital and he's bored), but getting him to color routinely has thus far been a no go. I had one more thing to comment on but have forgotten because I didn't start writing the comment as I watched so I'll end with seashell.
I really fear all flying things ahah it is not butterfly specific!! I just hate how the stereotype is girls are supposed to hate bugs and love butterflies.. butterflies are bugs too!! Yay for getting to split color! I hope you enjoy it! The reveal is the best part! And it is always fun to see what colors non-colorists pick
@@DaniButtons Butterflies are beautiful bugs though! I'm terrified (like full blown panic attack) of crickets though so I get it. We are doing it a little different, in that we aren't cutting the page in half and coloring at the same time. We are just going to each have our side and color whatever we want. He isn't that into it to sit at a specific time and color together, but hope springs eternal!
I love the glitter gel pens the other gel pens become very scratchy while coloring and I dont like that I like using markers gel pens and colored pencils for the same picture. How do u use watercolors on your coloring books without it bleeding through.

I usually just go very light on the water. It definitely depends on the paper quality too. With practice you definitely get used to how much you need!
