Awesome video, without a doubt this has been the most educational video regarding small engine carbs. Love how you explained everything and went into great detail about every single part of the rebuild. I hate seeing videos were a lot of info is skipped because they want to keep the video short. I’d rather watch a long video that explains everything. For those who have some experience with carbs, they can always fast forward but for the beginners, you can’t watch or learn what isn’t showed or taught.
Yes yes.. I have a big spot in my heart for 2 strokes.. cut my teeth per say on a cr 80r.. work on all n ride n love all dirtbike n four wheelers. Thanks for sharing
I got the same quad but I can’t get any top end power. It starts and idles fine but anything past half throttle and I just doesn’t respond and bogs down. Any ideas on what it could be? I cleaned the carburetor and spark plug and stater but still no power. It must not be getting consistent spark?
Boss, I have the same carb. Just had it cleaned out and now I have a fuel leak from the escape. Do have some advice for me?... please 😁 need your help.
Your throttle slide is most likely hung up, or your throttle cable is pinched. If not, adjust your idle down, if the idle doesn't change, it's probably the 1st 2 things I mentioned.

Nice job and sounded really smooth when you drove it. Your ultrasonic cleaner really does a great job cleaning the carbs.

The issue is the stater I’ve seen this way too many times for this small quads

Does the Bombardier Ds90 have a Rev limiter? Mine drives really slow!! Plz let me know where it is
Remove the speed limiter in the throttle and the filling in the exhaust that should help
I install my throttle but as soon as I turn it on, it accelerates. Any suggestions why is doing that or what can I do ?

l have ds50 runs great at idle but bogs when you get on the throttle what do you think i even put a new carburator on it same result
Might want to look at reed valves
