Question for the calories burned on the Apple Watch, Are we only supposed to count the Active Calories or Total Calories? That always confuses me when I log it in myfitnesspal lol

Right now I weight 180lbs at 5’11” but I haven’t really noticed any abs. My question is should I continue to do compound exercises and drop the ab workout?
Brother. Do weighted ab exercises. Basically treat them like any other muscle. Add some lbs to the cable ab crunch and do weighted hanging leg lifts. Abs will pop to the surface much easier👍
ephedra works but high doose of caffeine can be dangerous with it specially if you are in very hot temperatures playing sports thats why it was banned off the counter else it was easily available, secondly not good to take ephedra everyday as it worked so good for me that i got addicted to it and started having issues. acetyl l carnitine with caffeine is better combination in general bro and more safe to use
