After my brother shot and killed my father, your song reckless love was my anthem on behalf of my family and on behalf of my brother. My dad was a pastor and he loved my brother to the very end, even though he fell victim to addiction. I wrote out the lyrics and sent them to him in prison. Our Father’s love can cover the worst sin.. thank you for sharing your music brother. Much love from your sister in Christ in Colorado.

That "Speaking Terms" tune brought me to tears bro. I think I listened to it 10 times. I just heard an old Bible College buddy say that God doesn't speak anymore... just through Scripture. My heart broke for him. I don't seek the wild Charismatic experience, but God has spoken to me. His message to this old addict was, "YOU ARE MINE". I wept. I turned back to God. Thanks and I may just learn this on guitar... I'll give you all the cred though!!

Cory”asking for a friend”had me in tears, my friend.
I’m back again. I just wanted to say I had a heart attack two months ago. I’ve been helping people in Recovery for 27 years and it’s been really hard. When I had my heart attack I never heard that song, “Dear God”. However, during my recovery from the heart attack that song popped on my RUclips and it gave me strength to not give up to fight the good fight. So I want to tell you, Cory your music touched my heart and help me get out of the depression and misery I was feeling, thinking that I would not be able to continue doing this ministry. But like your song said you gotta try and try again.

Man I never leave comments or do this social comms stuff. Want nothing but good for people. But when I listened, honestly felt something in my spirit which I hope comes from Jesus’s spirit within. By no means am I trying to condemn or be negative. The tunes sound great for mainstream and the masses. BUT what I heard in my gut was a sensing you were called to be all together different and unique, motivated only by His eternal purpose that has nothing to do with the mainstream or the masses. That there is a realm of melodies and songs uniquely designed for you to bring to life. 99.99% chance I’m way off. But in my spirit I felt a sense of mourning tbh. Again I never really comment. Don’t have social media etc etc. So takes something more than just my flesh to make me join this world of the social network where I likely will be skewered. In the off chance you read this, take it to God. To Jesus. And let it fall to the ground and die if there is nothing of Him in it.
