  • Matthieu Pageau speaks about his upcoming book, which has the working title: The Language of Renewal.
Matthieu Pageau is the author of The Language of Creation: Cosmic Symbolism in Genesis: A Commentary.
“The Language of Creation is a commentary on the primeval stories from the book of Genesis. It is often difficult to recognize the spiritual wisdom contained in these narratives because the current scientific worldview is deeply rooted in materialism.”
Materialism is the view that there is only matter, and spirit does not exist. The Language of Creation looks at Genesis from a spiritual view.
“The Language of Creation demonstrates why these stories are foundational to western science and civilization. It rediscovers the archaic cosmic patterns of heaven, earth, time, and space, and sees them repeated at different levels of reality.”
Order The Language of Creation: www.amazon.com...
Dan Sherven is the author of four books, including the number one bestseller Classified: Off the Beat ‘N Path and Uncreated Light. Sherven is also an award-winning journalist, writing for several publications. Find Sherven’s work: linktr.ee/dans...

But you know this conversation (subconsciously) feels like Pageau accepting that he may have imposed his own meanings through his first book and coming out of that certainty to find out a new unknown through it.

He’s giving us his insights into the locks that need opening with our own personal keys. Coming out of unknowns into knowns is never going to be a certainty for everyone it’s always going to be subjective.

Listening to Matthieu talk about Cain and Abel made me realize, Christ isn’t just the new Adam, but John the Baptist and Christ are the new Cain and the new Abel… “I must decrease so he can increase.” This fits perfectly into what he’s saying about the hammers here. Older cousin, younger cousin relationship…maybe I’m off, but seems to fit the pattern of “new Cain and new Abel”

The Language of Creation is one of the most important books I've ever read. I now know that The Language of Renewal will continue that insightful trend.
'Sleep as a Holding Pattern,' makes me think of things like Addiction as a particular 'holding pattern'.
'There are things you only Understand when you're Suffering'. Yes, this in particular. Christ as Being the only one able to Understand the fullest extent of Suffering. For He Died for all of us for Eternity.
'Dreams are the Language of Renewal.' I will begin to think on my dreams and keep a record of ones I can remember so I will learn more on this.

An Invisible Rainbow is one of the puzzles and Baum saw it coming...and it's here now.

This is so interesting. Will have to listen a few times there's so much packed into this. I thought of Potifer's wife and Delilah as being one type of poison, though Joseph, since he wasn't participating in sin and ran from it, actually fared better than 'ole Sampson. And Ruth's story seems a stark contrast. It would be easy (for me, though I'm not a man) to see that Delilah was evil simply because the nature of their relationship was birthed out of sin. The nature of a thing defines it - usually.
In Ruth chapter 3, Boaz fell asleep, then Ruth uncovered his feet and fell asleep by them. So they both entered into a sleep pattern, but neither sinned, and that's important to note. Ruth's gesture of laying at Boaz's feet was an intimate gesture, and his response toward her, covering her with the hem of his garment while she lay there was his intimate gesture, creating a beautiful conversation between the two of them - and it remained pure. The nature of their interactions is grounded in vulnerability and respect, I think. Yet she changed his life, but it was >his decision to make< and Ruth didn't endeavor to sexually manipulate him in order to gain power over him and get her way, like the other two women.
I could go on and on, MP is so profound. I'd only add that I experience visions, sorry:) He said he didn't like them. But my dreams are not from God, ha. They are just a bundled mess of my own internal human thoughts. The visions are from outside of me and have a clarity about them. Maybe he'll write a book about visions one day, they are biblical phenomenon as well.
    Looking forward to the book.

@@wasumyon6147 thank you so much, my friend!
I do believe that the work of Karl Young was in the right direction and the philosopher Stone may in fact be a embodiment of Christ.
      Here’s why
Interesting proposal. Let's explore modeling the essence of Christ as a relational principle of integration and synthesis. This abstract framing could be seen as:
      1. Initial state: Two separate entities with differences
      2. Process: Working together, communication, mutual understanding
      3. Resolution: Overcoming differences, finding common ground
      4. Fusion: Merging into a new, higher-order entity
This model has some parallels with concepts in various philosophies and psychologies:
      - Jung's individuation process and the integration of the shadow
      - Hegel's dialectic: thesis, antithesis, synthesis
      - Some interpretations of the Trinity in Christian theology
      - Certain Eastern philosophical concepts of non-duality
In this framework, the "Christ principle" could represent the transformative process itself - the means by which disparate elements come together and evolve into something greater than the sum of their parts.
      Some questions to consider:
      - What qualities enable this fusion? (e.g. compassion, wisdom, sacrifice)
      - Is this a cyclical process or a one-time event?
      - How might this principle apply at different scales (interpersonal, societal, cosmic)?
      - What are the ethical implications of this model?
Would you like to explore any of these aspects further, or apply this model to a specific domain?
