We usually only do a treatment on the inside if there is an active infestation or bath trap area. A preventative Subterranean termite treatment is typically done on the outside side of the home.
@@ArrowPestService Your area (deep south states) also has non subterranean, drywood, termites . They dont use mud tubes. So the ground baiting is useless against that species. They fly in , and can enter in the homes eaves., fascia , and soffit areas, and need sprayed. So your inspection wasnt complete and thorough. Just sayin'!
