- Air operated diaphragm pumps are very common in many industry sectors. They are used for pumping a wide variety of fluids, including high viscosity ones. The diaphragm pumps are ideal for pumping chemicals, petrochemicals, waste water, solvents or substances containing solids reaching a few millimetres.
They are suitable for applications where the pump must be partly or fully submerged in the fluid that is being pumped (then, the air outlet must be extended above the fluid level) or for use in potentially explosive environments (ATEX). The diaphragm pump can run dry without any damage e.g. when one of the lines is blocked.
The fluid outlet pressure of the pump is the same as the air inlet pressure.
The body is made of polypropylene, aluminium or stainless steel. The membrane is available in: EPDM, NBR, PTFE + HYTREL®, HYTREL®, SANTOPRENE ™.
!Remember, that all diaphragm pumps presented can only be used for fluids with a flash point above +55° C.

Thanks a lot 💪 great exploration
Thank you for the very informative video!
hi there, is it this air diaphragm pump consider as a rotating equipment?
This product has high requirements for sealing diaphragms and PTFE balls
This diagram pump suction issue any solution?
Sounds like a lot of vibration in the design. I wonder how long they last.😬
Hi, can you make pumps with higher flow rate like 100l/s and pumping up 10m? I need this for a hydro electricity project
I think it's ok
Im diaprm pump senyer
Prise for difragum pump and difragum sir
This Pump prise please reply sir
