I find it unbelievable that some one gave this video a thumbs down. An absolutely TOP video from a wonderful enthusiast of downhill mountain biking. Unfortunately, due to injury and age, I am now restricted to x-country and sensible descents but videos like this really LIFT ME and remind me of what I used to do without fear... AWESOME VIDEO.
Thanks so much mate. I absolutely love your positivity! I don't let the occasional thumbs down get to me. I sometimes think places like RUclips attract people who just like be negative as starting point! I'm glad you are still managing to get out on the trails and I'm really pleased you enjoyed this video 🤙
We did Ballo last week in the damp & mud. It still rides so well. Cracking variety of trails. Standout for me was your 2nd last trail "Spicy bits". Pitlochry & Cathros is good but Ballo & Yair are the best destinations this year. Enjoying your uploads.
Class mate. This has been our stomping ground for years and it’s amazing to see how much it’s come on over time. You are right though, there is a tipping point with this place when it gets either too wet or too dry where those off camber roots will do their best to catch you out. See you guys up there sometime if you go back.
Cheers man. I really hope to get back their soon although I tend to stay near my local when winter gets here. Hopefully we still have a good few weeks of decent weather ahead of us. Cheers for taking time to comment bud 👍
Thanks mate. It is such an impressive place. The trail-building is exceptional. I would like to travel there in the wet to see if I could manage it. Thanks for taking time to comment bud 👍
“Hopefully it’s like a korma” 😂 love it. Great video! Looks like there’s been a fair bit built since I was last there! Can definitely confirm it is crazy in the wet 😂 did the ballo enduro there a few years back in the wet and it was wild!
Thanks mate! I'm so pleased you felt this way as it was one of my favourite to edit. Often the ones I've don't get the views 🤣 Thanks mate. Hope you are safe and well 👍
Great riding mate, those trails look unreal! Also good work on keeping it entertaining the whole way through, can be hard with longer videos but this was a pleasure to watch 👍
Thanks mate. I really appreciate that. I tried to mix it up a bit with tunes and cuts to keepnit engaging. Longer than I would've normally liked but it was so difficult to choose what to cut out. In the end I still had to miss out one trail. I'd love to take you guys there one day. It's an incredible place!
No doubt Dunkeld has it all. Effectively there are 4 riding locations surrounding Dunkeld so the variation in potential trails is excellent. I need to get back ASAP!
Ballo is an awsome ride ...i went there a couple of weeks ago when it was wet .......and its definatly a different animal .....still bloomin great though !!!!
Geez, if you think Ballo is that good then I'll have to give it a go 👍. Might try and do this when back in Scotland later this year either going to/coming back from a social visit. Also saw some trails at Perth (Kinnoul & Deuchny) used for the Fair City Enduro. Have you ever done those? Could also be good getting those in on the same trip.
So many good locations Wayne, always difficult to choose where to travel to! It is very good though. I haven't ridden in Perth yet but I've good things 👍
Thank man. I really wanted to stick that last run in fully. Dougie was riding really well and it was great to push to try and keep him in sight! How's your head BTW?!
Another Brilliant video from yourself! . Sorry to bother you with a question but being a local to Inners would you know of any ebike hire ? I'm up there next month to do the uplift but fancy riding the Golfie Golfie aswell.
If you check the video description I have a link in there to the website. A small but growing Scottish MTB clothing brand with a focus on sustainability as well. Im smitten mate. I like the look but the quality is amazing. That top I wear has been through the wash about 100 times and been into a few trees. It is still in mint condition. My favourite is there recycled hoodie. You should defo look them up 👍
I'd defo say you need to get it on the list mate. So many choices these days but it is definitely one of the most complete hills I've ridden. Like a flowy Thornielee if that makes any sense!

@@streetpigeonmtb Jamie, all good ace, hopefully get a chance to say hello if I see you out down your way.👊
Defo. Please introduce yourself. Always nice to meet folks out on the trails 👍
That terrain is GNARLY 😳🤙🏽
Yeah. In places it is really full on. The steep can catch up with you quickly! I can't wait to get back there 🤙
Looks amazing there, cracking video mate 👍
Thanks mate. You should defintely add it to your list if you are ever up this way 👍
I was intending to get up that way this year but with what’s gone on it just never happened, next year hopefully 🤞👍🏻
Awesome. If you ever need a bit of a guide just give me a shout 👍

Wanting to head up to dunkeld sometimes and the more a look the more i want to go!
No doubt Dunkeld has it all. Effectively there are 4 riding locations surrounding Dunkeld so the variation in potential trails is excellent. I need to get back ASAP!
Looks Amazing 🤙

Get it on the to do list! 😁
Totally recommend doing the enduro here, its a must enter for us one of our favourite events of the year.
I can see why mate. What an amazing wee place 🤙
Ballo is an awsome ride ...i went there a couple of weeks ago when it was wet .......and its definatly a different animal .....still bloomin great though !!!!
Awesome. Yeah, I feel I need to try and tame it in the wet! Well done for tacking it 🤙

Great edit 💪 That last run was intense! 😂 This place has been on the wish list for a while, need to get up there! Also, Dougie's bike 👌😂

@@streetpigeonmtb Glad you did! All good here, struggling a bit with looking behind me - as long as no-one sneaks up on me I'll be fine! 😉😂
Careful. Lots of strange beasts in those woods preying on people with limited neck rotation 🤣 Healing vibes mate 👍
@@streetpigeonmtb 😂😂😂 Thanks 👍
subscribed for MTB & Liquid D&B
Ha ha! Love it mate. In was hugely into DnB at uni and have loved being able to sneak it onto the channel 🤙
I need to go there soon !!
You would love it!
Just ordered a Hoodie mate Due to you 😎
The hoodies are lovely mate 👍
Looks ace pal 🤙
Such a good place. If you are able to travel it has to be on the list of places to visit. I'd imagine it could be savage in the wet though!
@@streetpigeonmtb definitely on my list but probably next year now in these crazy times 😳
Yeah. Fair play. Crazy times indeed.🤦♂️
Another Brilliant video from yourself! . Sorry to bother you with a question but being a local to Inners would you know of any ebike hire ? I'm up there next month to do the uplift but fancy riding the Golfie Golfie aswell.
Have you tried Tweed Valley Bikes? On the high street in inners. I think they may do that?
@@streetpigeonmtb nice one mate .
Let me know how you get on 😁
Epic day 🤟🤟🤟
A total blast mate 🤙
So what would you recommend Ballo or Aberfeldy .... ? Need a day away from the golfie.
Ooft. That's a really tough choice. Ballo is probably easier in terms of finding the trails, but Aberfeldy is so unique 🙌
Thats intro is a bit racy for me ..i had to sit down lol . Loved the chilled old one 👌
🤣 Sorry mate. Hope the vlog was more what you were looking for 👍
Jamie what and who is CROW ? CAN YOU DO AN EXOO ON WHAT they offer and real time quality

I just rode these trails in the wet and on a hardtail, I can confirm that it was pretty spicy.
I bet! Did you enjoy it?
Who put a thumbs down ffs 🙄 love how excited u get ..u end up on helium lol
I do go a bit high pitched 🤣 There is always someone who puts a thumb down 🤷♂️
Great 💓😜✔✔💖.
Thank you Pigeon! Great to have some 'Pigeons' following! 😁
Taking that inside line before the drop made it look a lot simpler to take. Going wide makes you slow down to much.
Yeah. Defo. That inside line was hard to get on to but defo lines you up really well. What a day mate 🤙
👌
Thanks bud! Such a sweet hill 🤙
That looks a great place trails were looking mint, some sketchy looking bits but good riding.. Defo need to get up there
I'd defo say you need to get it on the list mate. So many choices these days but it is definitely one of the most complete hills I've ridden. Like a flowy Thornielee if that makes any sense!
