I've always hated that end scene with Ivanova. I get what it is going for, but it just feels too farcical, and I'm not sure how any advance species would confuse it with the act that it is meant to be. The bits with G'Kar though as one of the reasons I love B5 as I don't know any other sci-fi show (or many other shows in general to be honest) that truly grasp Realpolitik, where people are held back from moral actions by rules they are governed by. EDIT: That said, I love most of the Lumati scenes as a different face of Eugenics, that feels like good satire
I think the idea is that Correlilmurzon suspects he's been tricked but can't say anything because to admit ignorance is to lose face, and Taq knows exactly what's gone on and appreciates his "master" being humiliated.
