It's a fun change of format, but I love how it subtly introduces a few things like the attitudes of people on Earth, the progress of the war... It also reframes how G'Kar was in season 1. It doesn't change his behaviour but it contextualises it.
"What do people think they did to make them surrender?" We don't get a lot of the man on Earth perspective in B5. What we do see hints that propaganda says, "Battle of the Line showed them the price would be too high to take Earth and so they surrendered." But of course, this is nonsense.
2:08 Corwin, blink twice if you're in danger :D I can only imagine how indecipherable an interview with Kosh would've been! I love it when a show gets comfortable enough to play with the its format.

"Never ask that question!"
Did you catch the subliminal message in the Psi Corps commercial? I assume so since you showed it but you didn't comment on it.
I didn't catch it when I was watching it, but I did while I was editing it that's why I kept that in.
The whole story of the Minbari surrender has not yet been revealed.
There will be another Babylon 5 episode that uses this format in the future.
I was going to say remember this episode when the other episode comes up.
An interesting episode with lots of action and propaganda .
