This particular home, a more realistic price would be 1.75 million. They should have walked the home before this showing. The kitchen cabinet door, the flickering garage ceiling light, etc. these little things take away from the over all showing especially at the top of market selling price. This home does not have the top of the market finishes you would expect on a home priced at 2+mil. Nice but not great.

This a very nice home. The backyard is phenomenal😻 this home has been very well taken care of the only thing I would do is change the lighting throughout this house and the primary bath needs to be updated other than that fabulous home😻Thanks Chakits
This house looks like it’s haunted lol I noticed how the front door was opened at first when chakits went in left it wide open but once he went to the backyard and came back inside the door was already closed.

Do your research about HOA's. Not saying all of them do this but, here in Colorado a HOA foreclosed on a house because of late fees on dues. Beautiful house none the less.
You didn't break anything. If something breaks like that, that means it wasn't installed properly or defective to begin with. It wasn't your fault! You should let the contractor know anout that.
The downside of having a home with no high fence and a gate: 1/Nosy neighbour trespassing on your property. 2/ Unwanted visitor showing up at your door.
It's a 3 bedroom mansion to me overpriced!!! Maybe they was thinking...as adults they wanna be downstairs to protect the home and children!!! To me....that room downstairs is a office or business room. Heck I might make it a man cave or game room!!!
It's never a good idea to plant trees close to the house. it has the potential to damage the foundation. i don't know how big those trees will get full grown, so hopefully that is as big as they get.this is a very beautiful home.

I really hate it when people throw around the name "mansion" so lightly, a mansion is well over 5000sqft, bare minimum I say would be 8000sqft to qualify and some would even say 10,000.
I have a genuine question and I'd actually really like an answer...why oh why are the interior of houses in Las Vegas painted in such putrid colours? The colours in nearly every single house you show are so vile that even if the house was stunning I'm turned off by the paint colour. And yes, I know its an easy fix but why paint it that in the first place? I truly want to understand 🤔
your preference and style doesnt mean its above all others. Others may view your style choice as putrid. if you wanted it your way from the start, you build a custom home.
