The tentacles have to contact the skin, the divers have suits on which doesnt allow the skin to be touched by the stingers, that's how they get next to box jellyfish safely.

@Endriu Troplini theres no allergic reaction with jellyfish, the only deadly species is the cubozoa type, aka the box jellyfish species
