I often get odd looks when I back 3/1 -5/1 horses e/w. It pays off in the long run. Online bookies often restrict the stake. Especially if there is an odds on fav. That’s always a good sign. Thanks for the video.

I've had a heavy day all placed this morning: Doncaster 1:50- Aftermath win (I think this is bet of the weekend at the odds) 2:25- wodao ew 4:50- Red Admiral ew Leapordstown 2:15- Mutasarref ew 2:50- Porta Fortuna win 3:25- Ghostwriter ew (to impressive what it did at york not to back to Improve again) 4:00- Sumiha win Sunday I can see Simmering beating bedtime story but it will be the lesson bedtime story will need and it will be a great horse in the years to come (only think Ombudsman is as good as a 2yr old I've seen this year). Love the advice here..I've been betting for years..I'm only a small stakes bettor now..but still get the same kick out of it if not more...bet how "you" want to bet that makes you feel "comfortable".. that's the key.."fun"..cheers Dave for the honest opinions....
Comfortable is exactly it. Taken me a long time to feel like that with my bigger stakes bets but I trust myself when I do those. Don’t mind backing losers as most bets go that way, it’s when I’ve thrown to much at them that hurts, we all know it before we bet, or if we don’t we probably could work it out. Gotta keep it fun otherwise the losers affect us way too much. Be lucky Richard
