You have the BNA acts of it’s respected area that govern the powers of the federal and provincial jurisdiction and you have the charter. Constitution Law of Canada by Hoggs is a great book that recognizes court rules that reflect the makeup of Canada’S constitutional law. So as we may not have a paper called the constitution. We have a group of papers that make up constitutional law that many call our constitution if you are interested! This book really changed my perspective on Supreme Court rulings in canada and is a great read!
