@@nagitoman This would make sense, however this is not what happens. It would make sense for The World Over Heaven to be able to in Eyes of Heaven, but it’s revealed to only be 9 seconds. Probably due to the fact that Time Stop only increases with training and use, not with a direct upgrade of your stand.

You can do this using twoh no accnd knifes (the ts knife cd is like 1 second is is rly busted)
