First, there is a famous traditional maltose cake at DaDaoCheng where it has lots of traditional snacks. The vendor will pull the maltose and clip into crispy cookies! Then, we went to DaXi Old Street where it is full of professional vendors such as wheat Cake, Cool Cake & Sesame Pastry. You must try them! Last, we went to Kaohsiung where it has a special vendor. He melt the sugar, and use it to draw different figures. He is really an artist! You must order an Charcoal Ice Cream Rolls before you left. I bet you will remind your childhood after trying the snacks!
