The Az-Er are turkic words, and if you are Azeri you should know the translation. Besides, Azerbaijan in old (ancient) resources mentioned as Azarbigan and this means in turkic (or az.) the land (birthplace) of Azar tribes. After Arabian invasion (7th cen.) letter "g" started to be pronounced as "j", according to arabic grammar. So your comment was mistaken and with no background whatsoever.
