Beautiful video for tree lovers. Josh the cut back willow is a Salix tristes. The backcutting is done because they are verry untrustful and breakeble trees. Grow extreemly fast and overhanging widely whit hanging downwort branges, that wy named tristes😢😂❤
Lovely video footage of this section of the canal. Wow those bridges are very low and glad you made it to Cookham wharf hopefully the cats will get a much run around. The next section should put you into countryside. Looking forward to your next section keep cranking it 👍
Beautiful scenery Josh. Haven’t seen any filming on here before. Those flashes are amazing but what a contrast to the narrow bits and if they were for gravel extraction the reason I suppose for building the beautiful canal like you explained. The aqueduct is very impressive too over a dual carriageway. Not so easy to do something like that now never mind the cost. What a terrible shame the only pump out on the whole long canal was out of order when you have paid a lot extra to go on there. Looking forward to next vlog.🛶
I was at that low bridge in fleet last week the road was closed had to go round the long way it was lovely and sunny and HOT my tomtom satnav always went mad at the traffic lights on that bridge sending me in a loop back to the bridge . the carpark used to be free .Great video as always
You guys are certainly clocking up the miles. If there had been heavy rainfall and the level of the canal had risen I don’t think you would have got under that low bridge.
Its a shame crt wont take the canal over but sadly they have to pay the crazy salary for the ass known as mr parry gets twice the salary of the pm of country !
