About Sabin: I don't I hate it but I personally not Iike it when the animation does not match with the amount of hp attack per ability, Take his ex for example, 18 times with such a short animation especially I can't see jack crap not even a clear numbers so... yeah.
Oh sorry about his kit he's fine, Pretty much above average DPS not that flashy but a decent one, Can delay, Enchant, Generic FR (with his BT effects) just overall a good character doesn't even need to setup or anything it's probably the downside of easy go character cause Rufus kinda like a setup heavy DPS but it paid off pretty well Sabin it kinda in the middle.

Your right about the hits becoming a bit too much for the older characters
His ex was the best at 3 hp hits between the three different points in the animation. But now it’s 18 hp hits between those same three points 💀

I'm kind of expecting that he has atleast an 80% self hp cap up on his bt. But i guess his 18 hp dumps on his ex isn't so bad. And the fact that his follow up triggers before launching the enemy would mean it will add to the total launch damage. And i think it's pretty neat that he got a 20% hp cap up on one of his framed buff

Everything it's added up and he deals damage pretty close to 60-80m (80-100m if you use him with additional damage) all the time at 999% bonus with in fact doesn't look bad at all against two enemies.
