My grandfather owned a tow truck company and when I was little he would take me on calls with him in the middle of the night. Everytime he would take me to a fatal crash the person not wearing their seat belt seems to always be in multipule pieces in a tree several feet from the car. Seat belts are not a ploy to collect taxes they are for sure to save lives.
