For people who are going in the comments to say, "They hate each other, and dumb people are shipping them, and its illogical and stuff," if one were to use logic, then one would definitely come to the conclusion that they do not hate each other. I'm not one to try and say don't hate on ships or something, but while they do argue a lot, but that doesn't mean they hate each other, or that this relationship would be toxic or anything like that. Logically, Alhaitham wouldnt let Kaveh into his house if he "hated" him. Also, since the reason that Kaveh moved into his house was because he was in debt, then Kaveh wouldnt have been able to offer payment to Alhaitham. And it isnt logical to think that he was forced to do it, either. Seeing as Alhaitham let's Kaveh live in his house without payment, they definitely don't hate each other. On Kaveh's end, I don't think Kaveh would've moved into his house if he hated Alhaitham. If I'm not wrong Kaveh is a pretty important figure among the Sumeru government, being a famous architect and all. So he definitely wouldn't have that much trouble searching for someplace to live. So Kaveh is just a little hotheaded is all, and combined with Alhaitham's sarcastic and stubborn personality, would result in inevitable arguments. With the release of Alhaithem's character demo/trailer I have to point out in one scene he is smiling holding a key with a little lion key-chain on it. This could be Alhaithem's however I doubt this and guess it's Kaveh's based on the other times Kaveh left his keys and it doesn't seem like Alhaithem's character to have a chibi lion keychain. Either way I find it such a cute detail that he was smiling at it. And if it was Kaveh's he was probally smiling thinking of how Kaveh will react to losing them. I have to know who's lion keychain that is now.

Tbh, I was both very amused and laughing and lowkey creeped out at the same time. Why? They have almost the same vibe as my parents who bicker at each other a lot. Keep in mind that they are in their late 60s and already retired and have been married for very long time. The situations different but the way they bicker...kaveh nagging him like my mom does to my dad and my dad pokes the bear and teases her a bit, but the major difference is my mom has a similar personality to alhaitem (in that I mean more introverted and logical minded, not as rational tho but still very smart) and my dad is the family guy, people person, extrovert and getting along with everyone. So it's like roles are alhaithem: dad and kaveh: mom but attitudes and personality is switched....but these do have more roommate pettiness Vibes and my mom would ever lock my dad out the house no matter how impatient she is at times and my dad is very patient and wouldn't dream of it.
