1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp haldi powder
2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
2 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
kalimirch powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp chana masala
1 tsp amchur
1/2 tsp Kalanamak
2 tsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp heeng
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
Slit green chillies
--Sooji Halwa--
1 tbsp ghee
Kaju and badam
1/2 cup bareek sooji
1 tbsp wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
3-4 tbsp kesar paani

Kale chane mai pisa dhaniya powder, namak mirch aur suji k halwa k liye mewa, chini,dudhaur khoya use Kiya jata h.
