You keep all 7 draft picks and pick up others via compensatory or trades. Then every yr draft 1 of OL..DL..DB..LB..WR and then extra of needs. Never resign after 4yr rookie deal. Never have cap issues and always have money to sign FA midlevel shorter contracts n no ovberpaid players. You remain competitive every year always developing and moving on.

My take- Keon Coleman is Gabe Davis 2.0 in 2024. The guy will beat less physical corners deep and out muscle all corners over the shoulder. He is limited for sure. But watch out for Coleman on extended plays IF/WHEN Josh and he develop chemistry and trust. Until then, Shakir, Samuel and Kincaid are going to see the bulk of the Diggs/ Davis 2023 targets.

Speed receivers slow down in the cold... It's why I like the fact we went with size and possession this year... Should have also went with power back Braelon Allen in the 4th instead of Davis

I heard that Mahomes last year was the first QB to have +13% of the salary cap to win a Super Bowl. If this is true than why is a lot of QBs next year making above that number.
That’s a dumb stat because QB salaries have soared over the past decade, so QBs weren’t getting paid that much until recently
The market is the market, and if you want one of those QB or are lucky enough to get one, you’re going to pay market price
A lot of QBs that have made or won a Super Bowl were on Rookie contracts or the first few years of a long term contracts ( when those years they weren’t making much ).
Even Tom Brady was getting a pay cut all those years. He was getting payed as if he was below average QBs so they could pay for better players.
@@tinyvanliving4488 I don't agree that the "market is the market". Teams are blowing up there cap for one player. Sorry you have to be fiscally responsible. Rumor has it that Dak Prescott is demanding 60M per season which would make him the highest paid player in the league, 15M more than Maholmes. Do you really pay the 10th best QB in the league like they are the best? Do you pay the QB 23% of the cap?

there is no way they are practicing with steelers to deal Hamlin. They are practicing with Pittsburgh b/c they are 3.5 hours away. It's not to show off and deal a non starter. LOL>. OMG
