Bit of a correction, fashion mode makes the dock into a taskbar more akin to windows, not much to do with resources, just visuals. you can also expand the launcher to full screen, and you can integrate online accounts, its just hidden behind some settings
Seems like there’s not much new development with this distro. Their last blog post is a year ago. Just one of those hobby distros that’s not gonna receive much attention and support. I would stick to cachyos, endeavour or garuda if you just want an easy to install arch based distro that’s going to be supported for a long time
As someone who uses RebornOS (I find it more user friendly than Endeavour), they are active on their forums and discord, but yeah the website is a bit bare. That said it is close to base Arch + Desktop and a few distro specific tools and repos so it mostly comes via the Arch updates and doesn't need a big team.

I heard that Deepin is always in some sort of weird state on Arch, particularly with the file manager. Does anyone here run it as their DE?
