Well my story is a lengthy one. Started 2008 now im 3 appearances away from finishing. Plus i also have to very very close friends who are brothers from originally who past out a good few yrs ago.

I wish the taxis here in NYC put that amount of effort in becoming a driver.
Hi, In New York you have terrible financial system for gaining medallions and the rules of how you use them are terrible too (It benefits the wealthy and the few) The system here being merit and skill based means anyone can get a badge they just have to earn it rather than buy it. It is also only their badge to use, No one else can drive under that badge. Saying that I love New York and have a lot of respect for the hard working New York Cabbies.

These boys don't know how lucky they are, Mr Ormes would eat you for breakfast 3 times in a row I had him absolutely slaughtered me!!
But as Tom the cabby once said in one of his videos us who had appearances at Penton Street could as in his words "wing it" with the examiners...... unbelievable Tom absolutely outrageous thing to say!!

Do i have to memorize the link road as well?
No the link runs are not necessary, you can use them as practice for point to point which comes later

Fench Guy years ago from Shoreditch high street 18:00 , Fella says in a very strong french accent, 54 Earls Court Square ! Hit the embankment and gone , Chelsea are at home , job goes £60 odd pound , when get there he says “ this is not it “ in his strong french accent , i said “ is it not ? “ i swear you said 54 Earls Court Square ! No no no , he said “ i said 54 Old School Square !! I said what off Burdett Road ?? He said YES !! I said did you not see not realise we was going the wrong way ??? FFS 😡
Thats brilliant, Whats interesting about this is that Old School Square was where I attended college. It was the London College of Furniture Annexe. The main building was in Commercial Road. I never knew it when it was a school. I also currently live in the same street Stainsby Road
@@WizAnn320 thing is , he finds himself miles from where he wants to be , i think i took him back to Old School Square for half the £60 to Earls Court & The fare back to Old School Square! Weren’t my fault 😩
