legand. I wish LG still made phones. The DAC and speakers are unbeatable on the V60 but I want 120hz and a phone that would still get a few more updates. I may have to go for the sony but the battery isn't the best compared to the LG but the camera is better.
Yeah. Battery isn't the best mainly because of 120hz 😂and screen display quality. There is always going to be some give and take. You just have to decide what you can live without. Both of these devices are very nice. If you can get both. V60 is a steal right now
It doesn't matter what smartphone you end up getting you will always miss the v-series I had to go back and get another v60 off eBay because there's nothing out right now but I wanted the v60 is the perfect phone for someone who holds audio to a high standard like I do
great review, even though sony makes fantastic daps, such technical advances were not impleneted on their mobile units; btw, you can add an impedance load connection when using your fiios with the v60 to trigger the 2.1v high power output mode, as this will take the audio performance to another level, again thx for the great review!
You will need a portable amp in my opinion. I have seen people trick the dac in to a high impedence mode with a 3.5 to 3.5 adapter. But not sure if that will mean anything for your headphones. Thanks for watching

Bro I want to share my experience I have G7 and V60,I mainly listen to songs on RUclips Music with my two iems Hisenior Mega 5P and Tanchjim Oxygen and I'm seriously admit Quad Dac on G7 beats Quad Dac on V60 and makes me regret bought a V60
Yeah I hear the tech was changed on the v60 and they went with a different chipset. I had the v40 and the difference is slightly noticeable to my ears. But the battery trade off is huge.
I'm waiting for a v60 to show up this week to replace my OnePlus 8 pro. I want the headphone jack back, hate Bluetooth and don't need dual sims anymore.
@@theish9 it's currently locked to TMobile and the seller was never able to use it on that carrier, they bought it used and just used it as a media player. The IMEI number comes up clean in our country and it is compatible with the bands my carrier uses. I already paid for a remote unlock, because it won't work on my carrier if still locked to t mobile.

2 questions about the v60 if u don't mind #1 what screen protector are you using?? I'm asking this because usually when you use screen protectors you can't use in display fingerprint scanner and #2 what case are you using? Just curious :)
I review devices and I appreciate Sony beyond just the audio capabilities. Duel front speakers and 4k oled also alpha camera capabilities. Nothing else like it.

@@theish9 it's all about the tuning..the tuning of quad dac on G7 with ess sabre dac is so right compare to V60..oh yeah for battery V60 wins

You won't regret. Even as a phone it's still amazing. And battery life is one of the best with good screen brightness
