The real funny part is that Sunny’s husband went on the same show and found out his ancestors were slave owners too, and he is also black. Lol
I remember Morgan Freeman was having his family history looked into and when he found out that one of his whatever great grandfather was a slave owner he accepted it as being part of his heritage that didn't mean he liked what his ancestor had done but acknowledged as part of of his family's history. That's sometimes the risk of founding out when doing your family you might discover some unpleasaant and unconfortatable things about some relatives.
The difference being Sunny called for reparations to be given to all black Americans.
Their actually were black slaveowners in America. Of course, the slave traders got their black slaves from African blacks. It was common at that time for one tribe to conquer another tribe and take the losers as slaves, and then sell them to the slave traders.
Regardless of fortunate Black slave owners, 1400s Africa was selling their own natives to Europeans. Slavery was big business and was not born in America. Slavery is ancient centuries before European set foot in America, as slavery was standard to Amerindians. These wokes are anti American, wake up you racists. Black Moores invaded Spain by 700AD, and held southern Spain for 700 years, Spain is prominently influenced by Arabs. And today's Mexico, Caribbeans, Central and South Americans, Phillipines, Pacific Coast, today's SW all the way to Florida is Spanish America, 10th grade history.
