I was a heavier White/Mexican woman but I started walking a lot around San Francisco and lost almost 100lbs. I didn’t even change my eating, I just walked hills all day (well maybe like 1-2 hours a day of straight walking) and then using my feet to get me to the store. Very odd for me as I always drive. I was a heavier White/Mexican woman but I started walking a lot around San Francisco and lost almost 100lbs. I didn’t even change my eating, I just walked hills all day (well maybe like 1-2 hours a day of straight walking) and then using my feet to get me to the store. Very odd for me as I always drive. It definitely has worked out!
